Job Description:
1. 10+ years of Banking/IT experience as a Business Analyst, 6+ years of Business Analyst experience in BFS preferably UK Banking
2. 2+ years of experience in Property/Business Finance as a Lead/BA with the ability to engage with various stakeholders like IT, Sales Support, Credit, Risk, Change, Operations, and Finance department of the Bank
3. Minimum 2+ years exposure to CRM, CDD, Financial Crime, and Origination solutions on Lending applications for Customer On boarding, Due diligence and CRA end to end process. Knowlede of UK specific FCA/PRA/FIN CRIME requirements.
4. Understanding of Mortgage and Business Finance Onboarding and Ongoing monitoring processes including Customer screening against PEP, Sanctions, Adverse Media, Fraud checks, and Customer Risk Assessment. Knowledge of End to End Business processes around Fin Crime requirements.
5. Overall Business finance knowledge (Hire Purchase, Leasing, Structured Finance, Bill & Invoice Discounting, Working Capital, etc.) including lending life cycle, processes like Initiation, origination, underwriting, settlement, valuations, payments, Collections, etc.
• Supporting IT/Technology team to build new technologies/features related to Customer Due Diligence as per CDD Standards, FCA, and JMLSG norms that are required by the business.
• Good understanding of user requirements and experience in requirement gathering
• Play a key role in testing and Development support
• Ability to support Test Scenarios/Test cases writing on product testing.
• Ability to Train people on CDD solutions and manage projects related to Support, implementation, and Testing.
• Knowledge of Setup, configuration, Parameterisation, Workflows in CDD Solutions
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies,
• User Stories and Use Cases writing and maintaining requirement Traceability Metrics in Testing Tools.
• Defining Business acceptance criteria
• Business Requirement Elicitation and Documentation
• As Is and To Be process documentation
• Inputs for Business Case, Impact Assessment Documentation
